Welcome to our SRB Catechism Program 2024-2025. Before registering for 1st or 2nd 
Year of catechism, please familiarize yourself with the guidelines and requirements:

First-year of Catechism

• The child must be 7 years old by September of the current year.
• Fill out the Registration Form. 
• Submit a copy of the Baptismal certificate.
• Submit signed Teaching, Touching, Safety Permission Form
• Submit signed Photo Release Form
• Submit signed Guidelines & Requirements agreement Form
• Submit registration fee.
• We will not accept any incomplete packets.

Second-year of Catechism

• The child must have taken first-year catechism classes.
• Fill out the Registration Form. 
• Submit a copy of the Baptismal certificate.
• Submit signed Teaching, Touching, Safety Permission Form
• Submit signed Photo Release Form
• Submit signed Guidelines & Requirements agreement Form
• Submit registration fee.
• We will not accept any incomplete packets.

Third-year of Catechism (Continued Education)

• The child must have received the First Holy Communion.
• Fill out the Registration Form. 
• Submit signed Teaching, Touching, Safety Permission Form
• Submit signed Photo Release Form
• Submit signed Guidelines & \Requirements agreement Form
• Submit registration fee.
